  •  Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide in Nigeria through trusted logistics partners.
  • Delivery timelines typically range between 2–5 business days, depending on location.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Isi Ntutu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
    ○ The product is damaged or defective upon delivery, or
    ○ The wrong product was delivered.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a claim. 
  • Products must remain unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify for return or exchange.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

6. Wholesale & Retail Partnerships

  • Wholesale and retail partners must comply with agreed distribution and brand guidelines.
  • Unauthorized resale, tampering, or misrepresentation of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the partnership.
  • Discounts and credit terms may vary based on relationship history and order volume
